1825 days since "I do".

Last week Robin and I celebrated our 5th year of being married.

Man have things changed!

1st anniversary.

2nd anniversary.

4th anniversary.

5th year.

Every year we go down to the beach where we exchanged vows. 

It is so sweet to us both that we can visit the exact place where we were 5 years ago. Neat to remember the twins saying, "Kaili" as I walked towards them so cute in their matching pink dresses. Remembering hiding in the car around the corner and watching everyone arrive not knowing what was going to be there when they showed up (we had a surprise wedding! For fun!). Robin and Chris goofing off while taking photos. My Dad walking me down the "aisle". My Mom saying, "Oh your in trouble girl" as we all laughed and joked. It was a wonderful morning. One we are very proud that we pulled off and one that is SO true to us. I love that our memories of that day are SO great!

This year we took a picnic down and took a bunch (100+) of photos. Then on the week end following we ventured to the city for a HUGE Sunday brunch! The same one we shared with all our 23 guests the day following our wedding. It was excellent!

Jaia ended up IN the lake. And THIS is why I carry a bag of back up EVERYTHING in the van now.
