Folding little tini man clothes. Die cast cars cover the entire livingroom floor. The boys play amoungt all the mess. Robin playing his guitar.
This is the life.
Working in the yard. Jaia digging in the dirt. Amish crawling all over the grass. Robin puttering around. The sun warm on all our faces.
This is the life.
Planting seeds and watering the garden. The mini dudes smelling lovely from their bath, tucked into their cozy beds sleeping. Robin editing photos.
This is the life.
Holding hands in the front seat. Jaia singing (whatever song he is into that day!). Amish discovering his voice and giggling at his big bro. Driving where ever. Making funny faces at one another in the rear view mirror.
This is the life.
Doing the dishes in a skirt and having Amish crawl up to me, thinking he is reaching for a toy, he reaches out and grabs the bottom of my skirt, trying to figure out WHAT that is. Then when I pick him up to see his sweet face he holds my cheeks and gives me a kiss.
This is the life.
Sitting on the couch nursing Amish, and I hear Jaia's voice from his bedroom walking towards me...."happy mothers day to you..." bringing me a plate of plastic food from his kitchen. Proud of his creation.
This is the life.
The boys tucked into bed. Robin and I drinking tea, playing chess and laughing at one another.
This is the life.
Hearing funny stories from Mom and Sha about when they were watching Jaia. Being SO fortunate to live this close to family.
This is the life.
Having a picnic with my family and seeing my Grandpa play with our sons. Seeing them having running races and make funny faces.
This is the life.
Being able to call up my Mom at ANY moment of the day and being able to say, "just drive over for tea, we'll chat more when you get here!". Having my Mom seconds down the road.
This is the life.
Picking up the camera to go through the pictures we've taken lately to find that Robin has taken some of me with the boys through the window. Capturing Mommy Moments. :)
This is the life.
Seeing the joy our boys bring others. Having lots of friends whom are a big part of our boys' lives. Takes a village...people. Takes a village!
This is the life.
Serving up dinner to Jaia and him saying, "Oh Mom looks great! You're a good cooker Mom!"
This is the life.
Having a wonderful husband who helps me keep the REAL things in perspective, whom helps me with this parenting gig, whom always supports me and loves me. Whom is happy to just sit and chat. Whom chooses to love me everyday.
This is the life.
Pulling the blinds up in the morning to vivid blue skies and big white fluffy clouds. Seeing gorgeous flowers in nature. Driving by this stunning lake. Being overwhelmed by the beauty this life holds.
Now....This is the life!
